Return & Cancellation Policy
RETURNING PRODUCTS
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product for whatever reason, kindly write to us at care@tatacoffeesonnets.com along with your order number and photographs of the product(s) you are not satisfied with, with the reasons for the same.
This will enable our team to investigate what went wrong and get back to you. Please note, we do not accept return of products. In case of a verified quality concern, we will provide you with a fresh pack of coffee.
Cancellation
Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days only if the cancellation is done before Shipping the product. if the order is dispatched then the cancellations are not allowed. If customer/consumers reject the product at the time of delivery, then they will be liable for the penalty of ₹ 199/-.
There is no Return Policy. In case of Consumer Unavailability at the given address or OTP not verified by the consumer, the consumer would then be given Refund after deducting a penalty of ₹ 199/- or the order value whichever is higher, once the product is returned in safe and secured manner.
If there is a quality issue, product has expired, packaging defect and hence item is damaged or a wrong product is delivered, in such a situation you may please send us an email or call on our customer care number stating the details of your concern. While sending the details, please ensure to share the following details
a) order number,
b) the item name/s,
c) picture of the product in respect of which the concern has been raised and
d) description of the problem.
e) in case of concerns on damage or missing items consumers has to attach unboxing videos
Please note, any such concern be shared with us within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the order has been delivered to your address. We shall endeavor to attend to your concern and revert with our feedback on the same at our earliest. Kindly note, complaints received beyond twenty-four (24) hours of delivery, shall not be entertained.
we shall send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Any product which is sent without receiving the return shipping label and instructions from us, shall not be accepted, or entertained.
Once the return package sent by you has been received by us, we shall acknowledge the same. Post receipt of the return package we shall carry out physical inspection of the said product and on conclusion of the inspection if the concern raised by you was found to be bonafide, our team shall get in touch with you and shall share a coupon code equivalent to the amount of the product in question. You may please use the coupon code to purchase products from Tata Sonnets website, for an amount equivalent to the value of such coupon code. Terms and conditions apply. Please note that there shall be no refund in cash.
If you have not received the delivery of your order but have received an intimation by email and/or SMS that your order has been delivered, you may please send us an email or call our customer care number within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving such intimation. Your concern shall be looked into and after ascertaining the genuineness of the concern, our team shall deal with the same appropriately.
